Shipping & Return Policy
We do our best to get your orders to you as quickly as possible. Please take into account weekends and holidays as you consider shipping times. Shipping period 1 - 3 days. All orders will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships. You have a choice to choose USPS or UPS for your carrier. Weight is used to calculate shipping rates at checkout. We only ship within the continuous United States.
At Intrigue Fine Apparel, we aim to please! We hope you love your purchase, but if not, feel free to send it back! Items are eligible for return if the garment is un-worn, un-washed, un-altered with any original tags still attached. Footwear must be returned in original boxes and put inside a protective box. Lux & Vintage bags, scarves, SALE items, jewelry and accessories are FINAL SALE ONLY. No returns will be accepted on these items. We do not refund shipping charges. Please make sure to enclose a copy of your receipt.
To receive a full refund for your purchase, items must be sent back/postmarked within 7 days of delivery date according to tracking info. Items that are returned outside of this window will be received for store credit only. Anything returned after 14 days cannot be returned.
Trouble with your order? Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received DEFECTIVE merchandise, you must contact customer service within 3 days of receipt. NO EXCEPTIONS! If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order please contact our customer service at email@example.com.
To return an item by mail, please email a return request to firstname.lastname@example.org. It is always best to have a trackable return package. We will respond to your email within 1-4 business days, once authorized, please mail packages to:

Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item for which you will be refunded before placing a new order. If you would like to exchange an item for another color or size, please contact us via email email@example.com to ensure that the new item is available.
In Store Returns
Because you were able to touch and feel the item, as well as try it on for fit and size with the help of our stylists, we will accept returns and exchanges for store credit on regular price, unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise within 7 days of the purchase date. All sale merchandise, jewelry, sunglasses, vintage and lux handbags, scarves, jewelry are FINAL SALE, and are not eligible for Returns/Exchanges.
